I have been falsely accused of raping my 15 year old step-daughter (Kirsten) four times a day for five years, from 1999 through 2005, from aged 9 to 16. My biological daughter (Kayla) in trying to fend for her sister, claims I once fondled her.

A little background. In 1991 I married my now ex-wife Jackie, who had an eight month old daughter called Kirsten. Within the first 6 months of marriage Jackie had an affair. After a few months it ended and she returned home to me and the kids. Over the years she continued to cheat on me with various men. Jackie is a still suffering alcoholic and has been drinking since the young age of 11 - this has effected her mentality. Jackie has attended alcohol treatment centers but still drinks to excess, yells at the kids, lies to them about me, and refuses to stop drinking.

The State’s evidence was a mere testimony from the two girls and some grossly mis-interpreted emails. In the omnibus the prosecutor led the judge to believe there was much physical evidence that included DNA, hair, fiber, sex-toys, sex oils, polaroid pictures, videos, computer content and more - none of this ever existed, therefore, was never produced. The medical history was non-existent and was withheld from the jury. The social services investigation found no mal-treatment and, on the video, Kirsten admits her idea spawned from a ‘life-time TV movie’ and that she came to visit me only to look for drugs. Kirsten said she was hurt, furious and vengeful at me for opting for a divorce from her mother, that her mother made her believe that I had kicked her out of her house, high school, town, own room, friends and that it was me who cancelled the adoption as I didn’t want, or love her. This was not true. This cut Kirsten’s heart in two and to this day she hates me. Jackie, in the Private Investigator’s report states "things are blown out of proportion, since day one, I don’t believe Justin could have ever done this stuff, I know he didn’t". Jackie also states “I know he didn’t do this stuff, I question the kids, and the State took them from me - you’re not supposed to question them the State says”. Today, five years later, after family State imposed counseling and brainwashing, she now believes the girls and also professes to hating me.

The girls inconsistent statements prove fabrication, perjury and lies. The divorce, adoption and their mother using them to hurt me prove motive. Kirsten’s prior acts prove conspiracy - the Private Investigator’s report reveals Jackie stating that Kirsten told her ‘I’ll say anything to put him away’. Kirsten continues to use the system to get her way - recently she was charged with harassment and terroristic threats.

Kirsten’s friends were witness to all of this and want to help me as they know first-hand of my innocence. David Marty, Juror, proves ex-parte communications, denial of evidence, external pressure during deliberations and not following instructions. Prior attacks and slander, false police reports made by Jackie and Pat Schones (Kirsten’s boyfriend/uncle), prove a year of endeavoring to get me locked-up and stripped of my civil rights in order to divorce me and obtain everything.
